You agree not to use Workz for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer, copy or resell Workz without permission.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Workz. By using Workz, you grant us a limited license to host, store and process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

4. Availability

We strive to keep Workz available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

5. Fees and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable unless required by law, and may be cancelled at any time with service remaining active until the end of the billing period.

6. Termination

You may stop using Workz at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

Workz is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or business.

8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that Workz will meet all your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Workz after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
